I've found a use for MS Edge on Arch

I installed it out of curiosity, however discovered that my special needs bank coded the language selector to only work on MS browsers.

Now I can access my bank’s website without rebooting to windows.

Well done! I understand there are also ways for other browsers to spoof the way they report their headers too.
The bigger issue is your bank…maybe you want to send them this:

edit: browser spoofing on FF = https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/chameleon-ext/
Chromium based browsers = https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/user-agent-switcher-for-c/djflhoibgkdhkhhcedjiklpkjnoahfmg

My bank’s website not working in my preferred browser will make me change banks, not browsers :stuck_out_tongue:

If you are where I live, (see the flag) they are all crap.

I fear that’s a global issue… Same here, same everywhere.

sometimes a change in useragent in a browser can help
