Again, these are two different packages, not two versions of the same package. They have different names: botan vs botan2. The version is the number after the package name, in this case: 3.0.0-1 and 2.19.3-1, respectively.
It was then “botan” without a 2.
And I am 100% sure. I can no longer recreate it. Maybe it was a point release. 
But now it should also be good.
