Issue with dracut 107 and the LTS kernel causing "failed to mount /sysroot"

To downgrade dracut to version 106 type in Terminal:

sudo downgrade dracut 

or

sudo downgrade 'dracut 106-1'

Select the 106er-Version from local cache (or online) and go.–
