ISS Timelapse – Crossing Australia

See the world from above. In this case, Australia from the time-lapse view of the ISS. Taken on July 15, 2024 - so beautiful.

@smokey do you see ISS?

Send some rain over to me. It’s urgently needed here. 36° C and humidity of at least 3678720%
Everyone here is waiting for the forecast thunderstorm and a bit of cooling off

I wish it would cool off with this rain but all it seems to be doing is making it really humid during the day and just stuffy now at night.

I will pass on that, winters just ending here so not looking forward to the summer

Today is the hottest day of the week. It was a bit more pleasant until the day before yesterday. I’m not made for this kind of heat. I’ve been walking around with a wet towel wrapped around my neck the whole time
I want fall and spring. Always. A bit of winter is ok too.
I don’t live by the sea where I can cool off from time to time. It’s about 5 km by bike to the forest from my home. The heat is still bearable there, especially if there’s a little stream where you can dip your feet in it

This is really very unpleasant.

I do this in summer with the fan on me

It would be, I think I would be down the creek on a day like this

Dont Panic and dont forget the (wet) towel

Towe?l, don’t need one here, by the time halfway home dry as

II just remembered there were 2 people marooned up there because their spacecraft broke.
Beautiful view, all the same.

Yes you are right. Read it in some space news. Good luck up there and come back home safely
