Is this behavior normal?

(i updated my mirrors reguraly)
so when i try to update the system or download anything , i get these 404 errors like in between of the downloading/updating process, is it normal ? how to get rid of these ?

(my downloads/updates are successful thou , i just get these errors and i dont want to)

Just means that the mirror is down, it then tries the next in the list, may be worth refreshing your mirrors again.
