Is there a setting to not render icons on buttons?

Is there a setting to enable/disable icons on buttons?

So far, I found the setting for changing the icon set used (System Settings > Appearance > Icons), but not a checkbox to enable them in buttons.

I am using KDE Frameworks 5.107.0, but I have not found any difference in the system settings, compared to previous versions.
