Ipps connection to printer no longer works

Since an update during the last 4 days, the ipps connection to the printer no longer works.
The print job do not arrive at the print server and the local queue shows:
printer stopped
same thing happens when I set a restart
I use:
ipps://192.168.0.27/printers/ML-1640-Series

With another system (manjaro) it still works with the same URL
There is nothing that indicates an error when I check all the logs …
NFS share to the same print server still works w/ dolphin.

edit

maybe this one …?
[2022-05-27T08:21:08+0200] [ALPM] upgraded libcups (1:2.4.1-1 → 1:2.4.2-1)

Operating System: EndeavourOS
KDE Plasma Version: 5.24.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.94.0
Qt Version: 5.15.4
Kernel Version: 5.17.9-zen1-1-zen (64-bit)
Graphics Platform: X11
Processors: 8 × AMD FX™-8350 Eight-Core Processor
Memory: 15.6 GiB of RAM
Graphics Processor: NVIDIA GeForce GT 630/PCIe/SSE2

yep, seems latest libcups 1:2.4.2-1 do no longer work for ipps …
after a downgrade to 1:2.4.1-1 it works

sudo pacman -U /var/cache/pacman/pkg/libcups-1:2.4.1-1-x86_64.pkg.tar.zst

Just to confirm i have the same problem with 1:2.4.2-1, had to downgrade both cups and libcups to 1:2.4.1-1 to get it to work.

Checked /var/log/cups/error_log, lots of lines with the following error.

E [28/May/2022:21:04:29 +0100] [Client 2722] Unable to encrypt connection: Unable to create server credentials.

Updated self signed certificate, no more errors, working again under 1:2.4.2-1

my printer does not support latest TLS versions
so I have switched from ipps to ipp
