Cats have a way of locating those that want the least to do with them. it’s kinda a cat-astrophe in progress.
Oh boy, my future seems grim! There is no getting away from cat-catasrophy! 
This reminds me about our late black idiot, who gnawed every single wire he got his teeth into.
It may not be surprising that we did end up using massive amounts of time to conceal and secure them all. At one point we were regular clients of IKEA due their inexpensive cover for those.
Gone but never forgotten. 
(Especially by cords and wires, they still tremble in fear)
You know, I (allergic to them) don’t remember any of ours (pre allergy diagnosis) ever chewing on anything. Perhaps it had to do with them being indoor/outdoor cats?
Some cats are … you know … catatonic! 
Catalonia seems to be a popular tourist destination for cat people.
Also, Catania is often mentioned to be a cat friendly city.
Neither have any cats in our family ever done that in such extent. We had outdoor cats in my childhood home that sometimes spent time indoors and they never did any of them this, my sister has two indoor cats and they have never done it “purposefully”, I think that’s best word to describe his actions. He literally waited an opportunity to get his teeth into unsuspecting poor wire. 
Edit. I’ve lived most of my life in the countryside, we have had sheeps, horses and chickens and naturally those attract loads of mice and rats. Thus the only free roaming cats I support are those that maintain pests in a farm environment. Otherwise I don’t condone keeping cats outside without supervision. It’s not good for either cats or the fauna. 
But so many cats and so few recipes 
Exactly, that’s how we should handle the superfluous feral cat population. (please note, I don’t hate cats, I simply hate the devastation that free-roaming cats do to our birds and wildlife).
Also note that i was one of the offenders in the past (free-roaming indoor/outdoor cats)
But yes, I support eating the problem lol.
Me too, I remember the first time I ever seen a feral cat too I spun out at just how big it was.
Needless to go into any details. Let’s just say I just use my imagination and whatever is available for the season

You just need to give em more catnip!
Don’t you ever say this aloud when a cat is in the near vicinity. Every cat will react with “HOLD MY EFFING CATNIP, CANOPENER!” and then continue with shredding the cable (and anything that is needet to get up there).
