Try with yay
It’s an AUR package. Pacman can’t find AUR packages, only repo packages.
Us the AUR helper yay to install AUR packages:
yay -S moc-pulse
Don’t use sudo/su/root account to launch yay.

Seems you may have used it in the past (judging from past topics), so why is it that you skipped the on the page you linked that is was an AUR package? It isn’t hidden and easliy show it is? (I am sort of having a go but not at you directly, just over people refusing to learn basic things about what they are installing)
You are correct of course. You are welcome to have a go at me. I started using Endeavour this year after quitting openSUSE for 15 years and trying several other OS’es. AUR packages are new for me. I am 82 years old and my memory is declining. Yes, I know it’s an excuse. I promise to refrain from further unresearched questions.
Quite a valid one, but a good skill is to actually read the web page instead of skim over it, a lot of people tend to do this and miss a lot of information (I am guilty of this myself).
Yes I do skim. At 82 there might not be enough time to finish the multi-page instructions. You are welcome to laugh.
