Installing CTAN packages for Tex(texlive)

I was setting up Visual Studio Code to write latex code, realized that texlive comes inbuilt with endeavour! But, I am not able to figure out how I can install custom styles or packages for use locally. For instance, how do I install the Fourier package(CTAN), linked here?

P.S: I know Overleaf is a convenient alternative, but would like to write manuscripts in vscode xd.

You can use tllocalmgrAUR to install CTAN packages.
