I’m assuming your doing a manual partion scheme so you will need to know what to do. The easiest way would have honestly been to just chosen the alongside option in calamares this would set up the /boot/efi or the /efi partitions automatically.
I tried this to let Endeavours do all an told the installer to install onto one partition.

I hope I found the problem. At the moment I am installing an I reached already 37%. So far it always crashed at 13%.
I made my USB Stick bootable with YUMI (https://www.pendrivelinux.com/yumi-multiboot-usb-creator/). There I took the “YUMI UEFI” Version. My guess is, that this caused the crashes. I formated my stick again with the “YUMI exFAT” version and at the moment in seems to work. I keep my fingers crossed.
