I Made A Video: EndeavourOS - A Quick Walkthrough

EndeavourOS - A Quick Walkthrough

I’ve thought of doing one like this similar to the install video I did but continuing on with adding themes and customising the system.

Thanks for sharing with the community

Nice work @UncleSpellbinder !

Although, my first thought was, this can’t be @UncleSpellbinder , he doesn’t sound anything like Michael Shanks

Download it,
Install it,
Use it,
You won’t regret it!

:100:

I’m also surprised by the voice

it should be purple standard not gold standard :purple_heart:

Unlike Michael Shanks, I’m an old man at 62.

But…

In My Prime

What format and or video codec did you finalize your project as (i.e. size/ fps/ format? mp4,mkv,for web viewing? ) Just wondering. . . size (i.e. in megabytes? )

Rich

Don’t remember the size. The original was deleted. I used OBS to make the video. Kdenlive to edit.

MKV video file. . . . used OBS? I’ll have to look into this. Kdenlive is quite a piece of work. . . I’m using that now for my video editing/splicing/and soundtrack.

Rich

MKV is my favorite video file format. Never failed me. As for Kdenlive… its stellar reputation says it all.

Spoken like a person into video and it’s capabilities. . . that’s what I’m doing. Still photography with Ken Burn’s still photo slideshows intermixed with regular video with a soundtrack is what I’m exploring. I’m a beginner for sure and there is a lot to learn. Videography is interesting when applied to compelling music and even slow motion effects. Mood is everything and captivating video is a true art-form in itself.
