They did, and they are in fact the only ones who can say so, which is why there’s no possible way you can have a differing opinion on the matter.

there I must then disappoint you
I still have a different opinion and I will always have it
then they can write and say what they want
know there are many who think the same as me maybe not in this forum maybe

I don’t really want to prolong this, but there’s a difference between an opinion on a subjective matter, and a disagreement about basic facts.

ā€œIn my opinion, vanilla ice cream is better than strawberry.ā€

This is a perfectly valid opinion to have (and to disagree about). It is based on a subjective preference.

ā€œIn my opinion, the Earth is flat.ā€

This is a nonsensical statement. You cannot have an opinion about an objective fact. Either the fact is correct, or it is not.

ā€œIn my opinion, EnOS is an excellent Linux distribution.ā€

OK.

ā€œIn my opinion, EnOS is Arch.ā€

No.

make no sense

still does not make sense

and has never said that EnOS is not excellent Linux distribution.

my opinion are the same
EnOS is an excellent Linux distribution

:vulcan_salute:

Ahhhhh and that’s where the disconnect is. Now I understand, and I won’t continue on until that does make sense for you. There’s nothing more to discuss; good luck.

@fbodymechanic
delete my profile i dont care

I wouldn’t want to, even if I could. I’m not in any position to do so regardless, but you’re obviously welcome here! I just now understand that there’s nothing more I can do to explain the situation to you.

Packages in Arch are managed by the package manager pacman, which is occasionally developed by the team behind Arch Linux. Arch Linux uses a package format that ends in .pkg.tar.xz - which in short is a text file that contains information about the package in question as well as the binaries that are installed on the system.
Arch-Linux Xfce4

Arch Linux’s packages are ā€œbuiltā€ from what is called a PKGBUILD, which is a file that contains various information about that package. It says, for example. the package name, version number, where it can download the source for the program, dependencies, etc. Based on this file, you can use the program makepkg to create a package for Arch Linux. This is typically done by downloading the source for the program, compiling it and making it into an installable package based on the information provided in the PKGBUILD, but can also be used to create packages for precompiled programs. When it’s done, there’s a .pkg.tar.xz file that can be installed using the pacman -U command.

The packages for Arch Linux are gathered in Arch Linux’s package tree. There are currently five different libraries (repositories)

do not know what to explain to me
maybe you use apt or dnf I do not know
but good luck to you :vulcan_salute:

agree. xD

You’re right! Totally makes sense.

What has that got to do with your argument that ENOS is arch linux all it proves is you have c/p some text you found.
Your brain does not get it ENOS is proud to be based on Arch very proud, its also proud its not Arch because it would then have to be called Arch, it would not be No2 in distrowatch, this wonderful forum would not be, Then you would then try to Say Arch is ubuntu and be totally wrong again.
Then again if you owned a Skoda would you swear its a VW
