Huge balooctl6 database file

Thanks for all your suggestions. I just followed the: balooctl6 disable && balooctl6 purge && balooctl6 enable I got a failed to stop. Something is adrift here. I tried the commands one by one and I still get a failed to stop at the purge command.

I like KDE a lot in general, but Baloo has been OK for the most part, and then once in a while behaved in odd ways. KDE Connect worked once and that was it. It’s never worked again. Strange.

Edit: I had to kill balool6 before purging. Damn stubborn Skippy.

Update: it worked! My resources are back to normal.
