Got this after updating:

(17/21) Hook to rank EndeavourOS mirrors after installing or upgrading the related mirrorlist package
==> Info: extracting /var/cache/pacman/pkg/endeavouros-mirrorlist-4.9-1-any.pkg.tar.zst ...
==> Info: ranking EndeavourOS mirrors, please wait ...
==> 'https://mirror.archlinux.tw/EndeavourOS/repo/$repo/$arch' connection failed, continuing.
==> 'https://mirrors.42tm.tech/endeavouros/repo/$repo/$arch' connection failed after 30 seconds, continuing.

==> Results of ranking EndeavourOS mirrors:

==> Writing new ranked EndeavourOS mirrorlist to /etc/pacman.d/endeavouros-mirrorlist.pacnew.
==> New mirrorlist saved.

Should I do something?

No, you should be fine.
It only informs that those mirrors aren’t online at that moment. (Perhaps maintenance, reboot because of core updates or something else?)

In addition to Bryan’s excellent answer, you can silent these warnings of eos-rankmirrors in file /etc/eos-rankmirrors.conf by setting

EOS_RANKMIRRORS_EXIT_CODE_VERBOSITY=none
