How to rebuild Liquorix kernel with x86-64-v3 target architecture?

I’m using liquorix kernel, which was installed by using yay -S linux-lqx - this build and installed kernel on first run.

It has it’s own PKGBUILD file here https://aur.archlinux.org/cgit/aur.git/tree/PKGBUILD?h=linux-lqx architecture

Now I’ve setup some options in /etc/makepkg.conf including -march=x86-64-v3 to build future packages using new target architecture.

At this point I’m not sure how to rebuild? When I try to follow this https://linuxconfig.org/how-to-rebuild-a-package-using-the-arch-linux-build-system asp checkout linux-lqx says “Unknown package”

In this case, try:

yay --cleanmenu --answerclean All -S linux-lqx

That should delete your previous build files and rebuild it all based on your current settings.

Thank you, this worked!
