The sector alignment during installation is best practice with basically all Linux distros.
An fstrim cron job is not automatically started with an EndeavourOS installation. In fact, best pratctise for Arch Linux (and others) is to activate the systemd fstrim timer.
But none of these two topics have to do with tuning "the filesystem or the kernel so that in case of SSD the wear and tear is minimal. " They are both more performance related and do not extend the lifetime of the device.
