Welcome to the fun of linux! All your answers are here in the responses. The move now is notice the things that don’t make sense to you and research! Notice how the disk you want has empty fields where the others do not? Look up what those fields mean. You’ve been recomended a lot of apps for partitioning - choose one and look up the manual or watch a video about it.
The arch wicki is a great resource but simply appending linux to any word or concept you don’t understand will get you far on youtube.
