Is there a way to download and install this app on the Endeavour os?

It is in the AUR as threema-desktop-bin or threema-desktop

Install either https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/threema-desktop or https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/threema-desktop-bin

yay -S threema-desktop
