How can I enable spanish?

I can already use certain keys like ñ and ´ but other keys like the caps lock don’t work and I can’t any information about enabling it, please help.

Also, how can I enable a program called CoreCtrl on Sway?
It’s a program that allows the user to undervolt the gpu and I think it uses polkit.

There are instruction to enable Caps Lock and set keymap.
