New to EOS and Arch, enjoying myself so far. The only thing I haven’t gotten working is changing the lid closed behavior from hybridsleep to regular suspend. MATE power management doesn’t seem to have any effect, where can I change power management behaviour?
By suspend do you mean hibernate?
If you mean hibernate, you will either need a swap partition or file with minimum size of RAM, and then there’s much more info you can find searching here.
If you just want more info on suspend, I’ll let someone else chime in since I know less than nothing about MATE.
I mean sleep, I don’t want to use hibernate at all. As of now when the lid is closed the computer will sleep for 15-20 minutes and then hibernate.
