is it allright that there is no file /boot/efi/loader/loader.conf ?
in /boot I find only /boot/intel-ucode.img
sorry, I never worked with systemd-boot - it is completely new to me

It is /efi/loader/loader.conf

The EFI partition is mounted at /efi

Are your VMs in UEFI mode? By default, VirtualBox VMs are in legacy mode.

yea, the issue is the not changeable bootorder in firmware interface (vbox)
first range is Linux Bootmanager
second is endeavouros
when I choose eos, the grub-menu appears with the entry for systemdboot

EDIT: got it - solution found in efibootmgr :100:
