Some one asking for help not in the best possible way is no excuse to start such.
It is sure that there should be better info to share and the willingness to start learn how to handle.
Before start a flamewar we can try to get users to the point to do so.
Try to empathize with the user who is sitting totally helpless in front of a non-booting system?
