Gray screen when I boot into gnome on xorg

I don’t think so. Where can I add it?
Nevermind, I figured it out

Still nothing. Just a black screen. Maybe I should just reinstall endeavourOS and be more careful in the future

Before reinstalling, would be interesting to update system and try it once more. But if that doesn’t help, reinstalling might be the fastest way to proceed.

And backup your personal files before reinstalling, if needed.

I’ll try!

You can still try and do is remove “nvidia-dkms” package and then install the “nvidia” and “nvidia-lts” packages, then reboot and see if you are able to login to xorg. The “nvidia” packages matches the “linux” normal kernel package and “nvidia-lts” matches the “linux-lts” kernel package.

In your most recent xorg Nvidia is still the problem.

Is your system a desktop or a laptop?

A laptop

Does your laptop by any chance happen to have hybrid graphics so an integrated video chip and an Nvidia gpu?

Yes! It has a intel uhd graphics as well

Still try other Nvidia packages as I mentioned in my other reply, if not I don’t have any experience with using Hybrid graphics, then I would recommend you read the Archwiki page about it and maybe someone else can advice you on it if you still don’t get it working after that.

https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/hybrid_graphics

The other option would be to disable the the intel graphics chip in your uefi/bios but that might be a bit risky as in I don’t know if you able to access your uefi/bios with the Nvidia gpu and how you to undo it case you end up with no video chip working. Someone else on the forum who does have experience with hybrid graphics will probably be able to advise you with that.
