~~i can do that, but i do still not know what is causing the glitch, it could be simply that the arc-gtk-theme is the issue caused by not fully compatible with gtk3, as Adwaita do not have this glitch.~~

`Thunar 4.16.1` is now in the repos. Updating has fixed this problem for me.
