Graphic bugs after sleep KDE Wayland Nvidia

Hi,
some other people have reported here in the form I am also experiencing problems after waking my machine from sleep. I was able to capture a screenshot while the bugs occur.

The error only occurs under Wayland not under X-Window.

So far I have applied the tips of the following forum posts:
Plasma Wayland graphical glitches after waking from sleep Increased my SWAP to 32 GB as suggested → did not fix the issue
Graphical bugs with nvidia gpu → only applies to GNOME and was already fixed as of driver version 515.43.04
Severe Rendering Issues on Latest Nvidia Driver → was a regression in the 450 nvidia driver fixed in 455 I am running 535

I would appreciate any help or reports that confirm the behaviour.

nVidia resume from suspend

sudo nano /etc/modprobe.d/nvidia-power-management.conf

Then add the following line

options nvidia NVreg_PreserveVideoMemoryAllocations=1 NVreg_TemporaryFilePath=/var/tmp

See point 10 here:

https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/NVIDIA/Tips_and_tricks

And have you enabled the nVidia services?

The above worked for me on a Legion 5.

This works  thank you so much.

In the mean time I found that plasmashell --replace in krunner also fixes the issue until the next suspend. I also was able to find a KDE Bug [NVIDIA] Graphical glitches and unresponsive after waking from sleep that describes the observed behavior. Though no solution was provided there yet. I will forward your solution to that Bug report so that other people facing the same issue may resolve it this way.

Again thank you so much for the solution.
