Got this Message When Upgrading Keyring Today

Anyone know what the table in it means?

Just not seen that before.

It did not show up again after reinstalling manually right after: pacman -S --noconfirm archlinux-keyring

The message is normal after an update to archlinux-keyring. I think it is pacman-key tool which appends new keys, imports owner trust, locally signs keys, and updates the trust database accordingly.

That’s to be expected since the trustdb is already updated and there are no new changes.
