# Goldendict-ng 26.8.0-1 currently not working

One of my most beloved tools, [_goldendict-ng_](https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/goldendict-ng), isn’t working anymore after updating, apparently because `opencc` has moved from v1.3 to v1.4.1-1.

Did you rebuild (cleanbuild) the AUR package?

This person did, and it appears to have worked:

Thanks for the hint! Maybe I actually missed that one and _was_ a little fast hitting ENTER, ENTER, ENTER… 😂

@Stagger_Lee: Thanks, you nailed it! A complete rebuild fixed it, phew…

One gets so used to EOS automatically “doing everything right” that one forgets the simple things… 🙂
