At the same time my son and I were discussing how we can make extremely high voltage home-made tasers just-in-case we need to scramble some robot brains in order to escape!

I like the emphasis on “extremely high voltage” tasers as opposed to the standard police-issue tasers .

Recently I’ve seen The Thing and the original Alien, and the protagonists would’ve found your idea useful…but Terminator not so much
