This is such an odd set of logic.

Like .. I can devise some baseless test for metal contaminants in water using some sort of unreliable methodology or hocus-pocus. And if we test using that and it does not work… Does that mean all testing for contaminants is useless? Of course not.

By this rationale simply because this ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ADE_651 ) exists then none of these ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Explosive_detection#Detection_tools ) should be used or trusted at all.

The site used for testing above is conveniently obfuscated but I might even wonder if it was correctly applied. Does it even purport to find websites that are somehow nefarious or illegal or is it simply checking for verification of ownership - that someone has not taken over the domain or similar. Again without the service provider it is unclear, but such a possibility exists.
