Hi,

I have just finished fresh install on my DELL Vostro 1520 laptop (9 years old but still going strong with SSD)

Performed first update which ended in error…

```auto
(85/85) checking keys in keyring [----------------------] 100%
(85/85) checking package integrity [----------------------] 100%
(85/85) loading package files [----------------------] 100%
(85/85) checking for file conflicts [----------------------] 100%
error: failed to commit transaction (conflicting files)
endeavouros-theming: /usr/share/endeavouros/EndeavourOS-icon.png exists in filesystem
endeavouros-theming: /usr/share/endeavouros/EndeavourOS-logo.png exists in filesystem
endeavouros-theming: /usr/share/endeavouros/splash.png exists in filesystem
Errors occurred, no packages were upgraded.
upstream update failed.
Press ENTER to close this window:
```

I was wondering if I should just delete the three files that exist in filesysystem?

Is that a safe thing to do with following type of command…

```auto
$ sudo rm /usr/share/endeavouros/EndeavourOS-icon.png
```

any advice would be appreciated.
