Fresh install - Brave and Chromium cant download files

I’m running KDE Plasma. Both Chrome and Brave work fine on my current PC. But that’s not the case for my newly installed EOS. I installed Chrome via Flatpak and Brave via AUR. Both have problems saving files locally. For example, I tried to print a webpage and save it as PDF but could not save it. Additionally, the system won’t let me drag and drop files from network drive to Chrome, only from local folders.
