Maybe this is more a Youtube problem than Freetube. But is there a chance to disable auto-translate? Some German Videos will auto-translate to English.
I would like to turn that off, but didn’t find an option.
Are you using the latest version? I thought that issue was fixed.
I’m using freetube-bin 0.23.9-1 from AUR.

Settings > Player > Enable Subtitles by Default (switch it on or off accordingly).
Ok, will test that as soon as Freetube works again. At the moment i only can open videos in MPV. Here german videos are with german language
