I have been improving my network, and found Graylog, have you ever heard about it?
It runs perfectly in my raspberry pi 4b 4GB, it is for log management, I can send logs from my unifi controller, synology nas, and my firewall.
This is a dashboard that I created in Graylog:
You can create alerts and a bunch of other stuff…
You can log everything in it, for an example, if someone maps a network folder it will show there, or if a firewall rule gets a hit, dhcp logs, firewall system logs… everything indexed.
No limits to what you can do with it.
I’m still learning, but so far, this seems to be the best use I could find for my rpi4b
