For KDE loving people XerosLinux

Me too!!! It’s my only “pretty” effect I specifically enable. I get so irritated when I don’t have it!

I always max out the animation of the wobbling.

Looks like we have a similar taste of user experience.

It makes KDE very smooth, responsive and fluid.

Imagine installing a wobbly effect on a wm!

I bet you wobbly window lover are also using the cool retro term

I would love it if a WM would work like KDE. That would be awesome!

It works better

That looks like an old cathode ray tube monitor.

Jokes aside, how does he integrate the menu in the top bar, is that a latte dock feature or kde?

Not sure what you’re looking at?

In that video he was showing that when using qt apps, the menu of the app, example terminal was showing in the top bar. (Separated from the main window of the app). Similar to mac osx

File, Edit, etc… type menus

Oh …the video. I thought you were referring to the other post. I would have to watch it again. I already made up my mind I won’t even try XerosLinux.

For sure me neither. It is a one man show, based on what he learned on arco linux, the maintainer says it also himself. On arcolinux, I can make my own iso too, it is not too difficult but the guy did a nice job ricing it and also configuring calamares!

EOS is clean and what I need. Perfect arch distro for me!

That just global menu widget
