My Dream would be, if i could go to any onlinestore and buy a Mainboard for a powerful RISC-V, slap RAM, a nvme storage and a cheap AMD GPU into it and call it daily driver.
But no one of the Tech-billionairs want to release something like that for only a hand full āKellerkinderā (basement children? didnt know if this is a word in English. so i mean if it has the same meaning as in german. Nerds, Freaks, etc. but in german its a little bit different than freaks etc)
My dream is close to yours. However, based on the fact that a part of my day everyday is involved with EndeavourOS and itās forum, my dream would be to have all the above features in a single device as RPi 4 is now. The reason being, imagine how much easier troubleshooting on the forum would be if everyone had the exact same hardware. I wish I had a dollar for every time I have read ācould you include the results of inxi -some optionā. I would even take $.50 for every time I have seen optimus on the forum.
Oh well. itās like the Aerosmith song, Dream On.
