so i installed discover with the idea to use it to keep an eye on plasma extension updates etc, not system updates.
theres a firmware thing enabled by default. and it presents me this https://i.imgur.com/Qe1AHWq.png

i personally use discover also only for plasma extensions.
for systemupdates i prefer yay, this is also recommended by the developers.

I would suggest not using discover on . There is a reason why we don’t install it by default
If you read the info … why you would want to proceed to install this update?
I think the question was about the firmware update option mainly?
You can use this feature also without discover:

But this update is something I would not really like to install as a feature…
