It doesn’t seems that both points are related, as I was using drive with institute provided ID.
Somewhere it was written that, there might be malware on device.
While that is possible, I think that is not the most likely scenario.
If you aren’t using a vpn or similar, it is much more likely to be something like your browser is blocking some content or script that is on the page.
Yes, this might be the reason, which should be happening because of adblocker.
