Firefox theming and fonts

Last time I checked I couldn’t find anything to do about it, but I haven’t used it in a long time, and hence no fiddeling about.

Good. Also Firefox, surely, is not a “saint”, but in this respect, he’s far from a leading browser (still). Besides that, there is also a Cloudflare issue, quite well known and highly debatable; to entrust certain data to one company… OK, check it out:

Navigate to: about:config

Set the following properties to the value: false

– browser.newtabpage.activity-stream.feeds.telemetry
– browser.newtabpage.activity-stream.telemetry
– browser.ping-centre.hive.enabled
– toolkit.telemetry.bhrPing.enabled
– toolkit.telemetry.enabled
– toolkit.telemetry.firstShutdownPing.enabled
– toolkit.telemetry.newProfilePing.enabled
– toolkit.telemetry.reportingpolicy.firstRun
– toolkit.telemetry.shutdownPingSender.enabled
– toolkit.telemetry.unified
– toolkit.telemetry.updatePing.enabled

and:

– experiments.activeExperiment
– experiments.enabled
– experiments.supported
– network.allow-experiments

Next go in the: toolkit.telemetry.server
There will be a field with the contents:

https://incoming.telemetry.mozilla.org

Delete the contents of the field and enter.

After these treatments, he’ll certainly have less to say.

Chromium and Firefox are not the same. I think Firefox has more than a lot of extension options:

I don´t know, if this help you! :grinning:

And  : take a look at the brave browser:lion:

Stick with Firefox use the theming that’s included under customize. Or download add on themes. There is arc dark and arc darker and many more.

Very nice. What theme are you using?

This is the dark theme built into Firefox under customize at the bottom of the page under themes.

I am using Adapta theme in my Plasma. So i find Adapta theme and for my Firefox. Now i searching the most suitable fonts. Is there something to suggest?

I’m using the default bit stream vera serif but there are lots of others in the preferences under language and appearance. You’ll just have to try some and see what you like.

It is quite easy to turn telemetry off in firefox.

And there is this color-thingy from Firefox where you can adjust the colors pretty easily yourself und share those “theme”.
