Fedora Hummingbird - a new container-based rolling Fedora Linux distribution has been announced:
Image-based distros and containers aren’t really my thing, but I may give this a try in a few months when it’s over the initial bugs bump 
From reading the announcement, it sounds like it is a minimal container host similar to CoreOS.
