Sometimes we are pleasantly surprised with ingredients we are not expecting to see on pizza, once I had a very good one with artichoke and I also love goat cheese+honey.

Anything but pineapple! Itā€™s a kind of blasphemy for us Italians to see pineapple on a pizzaā€¦ :face_with_hand_over_mouth:

I always buy Margheritaā€™s and dress them myself with anchovies, capers, artichoke, sardines, mushrooms, peppers.

Last time I had lots of mushrooms gathered in the woods I didnā€™t stop seeing sounds and hearing colors for a month.

There is a drink called: Carajillo

You mix coffee, liquor 43 and ice.
1/2 liquor, 1/2 hot coffee, ice and mix them a lotā€¦

Tomato sauce spiced with italian herbs and garlic

have 2 favourites atm:

  • hashed beef, onions corn, bbq sauce (mexican bbq style)
  • spinach, garlic, creme fraiche, chicken, more garlic (and add sweet baby rays bbq sauce myself - canā€™t resist :slight_smile: )

I love pineapples! I think itā€™s a bit silly to put pineapple on pizza (though I fail to understand why people get so upset by the mere mention of it), but pineapple on its own is delicious. Like I said, however, I prefer pizza without too much stuff on it.

I also make a deadly delicious pineapple chilli sauce with Bhut Jolokia peppers. You canā€™t really taste pineapple in it, itā€™s there for sweetness and to give body to the sauce, the flavour is mostly just infernal heat. That sauce (in tiny amounts) goes well on pizza and on everything else. So I guess I like to put pineapple on pizza, only very indirectly. :rofl:
