Another info: I installed a fresh version of Ubuntu 25.10 with kernel version 6.17. Ubuntu does not support hibernation out of the box but, once configured, it worked properly.

Tested cachyos: broken.

So, at this point, eos and cachyos are broken. Ubuntu and Gentoo worked. Not sure what else to test.

Tested Arch on a USB pen drive. It works properly. So Ubuntu, Gentoo and Arch all work. CachyOS and EOS crash.

As Arch works, it may only be a configuration issue.
