The error is at 13% and it says:

I have updated the keyring with sudo pacman -Sy archlinux-keyring because I saw on his forum someone else had this problem but for me it still doesnt work

Definitely poor network connectivity. In case you’ve only got poor Wifi, try to change to an ethernet connection?
I’ld install in offline mode first. And update once the base system is installed.
What about the packages you can pick to install with the system? Will i have to install all of them after the offline install manually because the category in the installer doesnt even show up when you pick offline.
I’m not that familiar with all the differences between the on- and offline installer options. Via the offline installer you can’t choose between the several desktop environments, KDE Plasma would be installed as the default I think. All in all, it won’t be too much of a hassle to add or remove certain packages once the base system is installed.
Sadly I can’t diagnose the connectivity issues which you had while trying the online installer. You could address that issue via the live-session of the booted installer image to get the online installer working properly. As I suggested before - check your connectivity, try a direct ethernet connection if available.
offline will install all default selected there the packages screen is basically to remove options, only printing support per example would be need to add manually:

To get online install working check your internet connection, and try to rank mirrors before starting installer, often this will get you better mirrors in case.
