Failed to mount sysroot

I was already having a hardware problem, in which it gets freeze once i lift up my laptop, idk why.
One fine day, the dame happened, tried to restarted, while booting i got error of

failed to mount /sysroot

After looking into some community forum of arch, i tried live booting to backup my files and reinstall the OS, but sadly i couldn’t

An error occured while accessing 150gb Internal drive (nvme0n1p5), the system responded: the requested operation has failed: Error mounting /dev/nvme0n1p5 at /run/media/liveuser/

Can you share the output of lsblk -o name, type, fstype, size

Can you also share the command you used when you tried to mount it?
