Cannot access terminal as well, as said in the bottom of screenshot. Clicking enter just outputs bottom messages again.
Started to happen after updating all packages and battery died after some time in sleepmode. Now booted into this.
I would suspect either your filesystem is corrupt or you were hit by this recent kernel bug:
