Failed retrieving file and commit transaction

Again, today I tried to update with pacman -Syu (and -Syyu) but it won’t to work.
This is the copy/paste of my terminal:

I already tried to both rate and to update mirrors but it returns this:

What does it mean?

Are you able to reach that gitlab link in a browser?

No. Error 503.

Out of curiosity, what happens when you do yay?
