This particular chip is known to have a number of issues with connectivity and also packets being dropped. There were 3 revisions of this chip and supposedly there was also a software fix. You can google it. I can’t find anything specific in regards to this particular problem.

Edit: There was a firmware update for this chip from Intel version 1.45 i think but that was to do with the connectivity issue and dropped packets.
