The longer you wait between upgrades, the harder it gets. Arch/EOS isn’t made to be updates infrequently. Installing from an old ISO is basically the same thing as that.
Try this:
sudo pacman -Sy archlinux-keyring
sudo pacman -Syu
In general, the better solution is not to use an old ISO.
