Updated my laptop after some months of inactivity, this happened. I can send the full update log if needed.
go remove this before update should fix your issue…
sudo pacman -Rc vala-panel-appmenu-xfce-git
if needed you can reinstall after the update is done… but seems it conflicts with vala-panel-appmenu-common-git too so may remove both … and reinstall later there are some changes in both AUR builds …

not that i know of it is only warning and is going to fix outdated stuff with the updated… you will not see that again = okay // it shows up again = be worried
