I get this error: Connection Failed: br-connection-key-missing
When I try to connect my steelseries arctis nova 5 headset to my laptop, after turning it off and on again. As in, I have to re-pair it everytime I want to use it via bluetooth, which as you can imagine is pretty tedious. Thoughts?

I would run through the complete process of bluetoothctl setings.
I’ve already done that months ago, but I did it again now and it’s the same problem. The same error is still there.
Are you dual booting?
Try this, turn off headset and Bluetooth completely then press and keep holding Bluetooth button until it starts flashing rapidly while your device is searching.
I’m really sorry, I tried to contact Steelseries themselves, but their response was so d#@s*&t that even if this headset serves me 10 years I will not be buying any other product from them.
No, I don’t dual boot. I tried what you recommended even though I think I attempted this before, but the same error persists. I even tried changing the controller mode from dual to bredr which didin’t work.
I have a pair of wireless buds, an 8bitdo controller and my phone connected to my laptop via bluetooth and they all work flawlessly. I think it might be the headset unfortunately. I’m open to to any other suggestions of course.
It’s very hard for me to just give suggestions. It’s much easier if you have the hardware in front of you and can see all the pertinent info. It can be a long process to go through also. I wish i could be more helpful.
